IBA suspends 7 broadcasting licenses for non payment of annual fees

THE Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) has suspended broadcasting licences for five radio and two television stations for failing to pay the 2025 annual operating fees.

In a statement, Wednesday, IBA Acting Director General Susen Ndumingu said the Authority exhausted all laid down procedures as outlined in the guidelines for the enforcement.
